Custom Notion Workspace Builds
Full workspace design and build from scratch. Database architecture, relations, rollups, formulas, views, templates, permission structure, and visual design. Common builds: client portals, CRMs, project and content operations, agency systems, startup ops, ecommerce ops, and company wikis. I map the architecture on a diagram and get sign off before anything gets built in Notion, then deliver with Loom walkthroughs.Notion Setup and Migration
Moving a team onto Notion from Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday, spreadsheets, or an older Notion workspace that outgrew its structure. Content and data come across, but the structure gets rebuilt around how the team actually works instead of copying the old tool's shape. Includes teamspace and permission configuration, admin settings and policies, guest access for clients or contractors, and a training session so adoption doesn't stall after handoff.Automations, Integrations, and AI Agents
Making Notion do work on its own. Native automations, button driven workflows, and formula logic inside Notion, plus connections to the tools around it: form submissions routed into the right database, status changes that trigger downstream work, task chains generated with role assignments and relative deadlines, and two way sync with external systems through the Notion API, n8n, or Zapier. On the AI side, Notion AI and Custom Agents set up for real workflows, with agent instructions and skills, trigger and schedule configuration, permission scoping so an agent only reaches what it should, connections to Slack, Mail, Calendar, and MCP servers, database autofill agents, and AI prompts built into page templates so extraction happens inside the workflow. Includes credit usage guidance so agents don't run up your bill.Workspace Audit and Consulting
A written audit or live working session on a workspace you already have. I review architecture, formulas, views, permissions, and admin configuration, then tell you what to keep, what to rebuild, and what to kill, with findings ranked by severity and a scoped fix plan. Available as 30, 60, or 120 minute sessions for database design and hands on building, or as a full audit report. Most audit clients use it to decide whether a rebuild is worth it before committing.Monthly Notion Support
Ongoing support for teams already running a Notion workspace who want one person who knows it. Instead of scoping a new project every time something breaks or the business changes, you get a set number of hours each month for fixes, new views and databases, formula and automation work, permission changes, onboarding new team members, and questions from anyone on the team. I stay familiar with your setup, so nobody has to re explain the architecture every time you need something. Most clients start a retainer right after a build or an audit and keep it through the first few months while the system settles in and the team builds habits around it. Async by default with a response inside one business day, plus a monthly call if you want one.
