Two companies merged into a 50+ member team overnight with no shared way to run client work. We built a full creatives operating system with a main pipeline, plus clients, scrum teams, and personal dashboards filtered to only what each person needs, so client delivery scales with the bigger team.

Freelancers and agencies tracked billable time across separate tools: a timer in one app, hours in a spreadsheet, invoices in another. We built one Notion tracker where every entry is organized by client and project, with relation rollups and formulas that compute total hours automatically, then export as a PDF ready to send. One system replaces a seperate time-tracking tool, from total logged hours to client-ready report.
